How
to Order Online
Selecting products and placing an order at MobiMarketing should
be quick, easy and above all, secure. Follow these helpful
steps to complete your electronic order. If you are merely
making a shopping list, you can follow all the steps except
"Confirm Your Order".
International
Currency
MobiMarketing accepts payment in Australian dollars (A$),
New Zealand dollars (NZ$), Euros (EUR) and United States dollars
(US$). We use the Australian dollar as our base currency.
Variations in the exchange rate against the Australian dollar
may affect the catalog prices shown on the MobiMarketing website.
By selecting an option from our 'Currencies' menu our catalog
pricing will automatically update to your chosen currency.
We reserve the right to change our catalog pricing without
notice.
Placing an Item in Your
Cart
Once you have found the item you want, by clicking the product
image you will be presented with a brief description of the
product. Clicking the 'In Cart' button confirms this selection.
You will be presented with further options to increase the
quantity of your order (there is a default of 1), to remove
your selection, to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.
Changing
Item Quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have
placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the 'Qty'
box. Please click the 'Update' button again for each change
you make to the quantity. The quantity does not add the new
number to your current total, but instead replaces it.
We
Save Your Shopping List for Thirty Days
If you prefer to wait until another day to buy the items in
your Shopping Cart, MobiMarketing saves those items and keeps
them active for thirty (30) days. You may continue to add
items to your Shopping Cart if you return to the site within
thirty days. This feature requires you to register on the
MobiMarketing shopping site.
Removing
Items From Your Cart
If you wish to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, simply
click the 'Remove' radio button. A tick will appear to confirm
your selection. Clicking the "Update" button will
remove the selected item from your Shopping Cart.
Completing
Your Online Purchase
Online Ordering is enabled by clicking the 'Checkout' button.
This link will first confirm whether you have logged in and
have an existing membership account with MobiMarketing. By
retaining this information we are able to streamline your
ordering process, retain the contents of your Shopping Cart
and allow you to keep a track of your orders made from this
site. Our policy concerning the use of this information can
be found on our Privacy
page. Selecting a 'Payment Method' will allow you to complete
your order.
Payment
Options - Worldpay
Credit/debit cards: MobiMarketing offers online payment through
the international services of WorldPay.
We accept VISA, and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Under our
current agreement with Worldpay, we accept payment in Australian
dollars (A$), New Zealand Dollars ($NZ), Euros (EUR) and United
States dollars ($US).
By selecting Worldpay as your preferred payment method and
clicking on 'Continue', your order details are encrypted and
transferred through to Worldpay's secure server environment.
Completing the details on the WorldPay payment form and clicking
on 'MAKE PAYMENT' will finalise your order.
Payment
Options - PayPal
Credit/debit cards: MobiMarketing offers online payment through
the international services of PayPal.
PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address
to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send payments
online. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX
credit/debit cards. PayPal accepts payment in Euros (EUR)
and United States dollars ($US). Australian dollar payments
are listed for acceptance in the near future.
By selecting PayPal as your preferred payment method and clicking
on 'Continue', your order details are encrypted and transferred
through to PayPal's secure server environment. By entering
your PayPal password and clicking 'Continue', PayPal will
allow you to proceed and to finalise your order.
Payment
Options - Bank Transfer Payment
The MobiMarketing Online shop includes a convenient Internet
Banking payment option. At "Checkout" select Bank
Transfer Payment as your payment method. Clicking
"Confirm Order" will detail your order value, delivery
address and provide you with a summary of our Australian bank
account details. These details will enable you to transfer
money directly into our account from your local bank, either
online or across the counter.
When you confirm your order you will automatically receive
a goods invoice by email that includes our banking details.
Payment
Options - FAX, Mail or Telephone
To simplify payments by Fax, Mail or Telephone, we have included
the option to purchase offline.
Our order form is available in either Microsoft Word or Adobe
PDF formats. Click here to obtain the form.
(i) FAX: please print and complete the order form. These details
together with your your Credit Card information can be faxed
to MobiMarketing on our 24-hour FAX order line at +61 7 3202-8771.
Be sure to include the following information: credit card
number and brand (i.e. VISA, Mastercard), expiry date, exact
billing address, mobile telephone number and email address.
This information is needed should we need to contact you for
any reason.
(ii) MAIL: these printed details together with either your
Credit Card information, a personal or Bank Cheque drawn on
an Australian bank or a Money Order in Australian currency
can be mailed to our postal address. If you are paying by
credit card, please also include the details that we have
listed above.
(Postal address - include in the envelope your payment information
and contact details including your email, mobile number and
return postal address).

Software Product Functionality
and Delivery
Mobi Software:
all MobiMarketing software products are provided in digital
format for downloading from our website. We do not provide
shrink-wrapped product for shipping by courier or conventional
post.
Downloads are
FREE from our website. This allows you to evaluate the software
without making an upfront investment. Understandably, our
evaluation software has certain limitations:
MobiManager:
the evaluation version is unregistered and has the word 'DEMO'
superimposed over any logo created with the product. Registration
occurs when you purchase MobiManager.
On our acceptance of your registration, you will be sent an
unlock key, together with a username and password —
when the details are entered, the word 'demo' will be removed,
and all features will be enabled.
MobiMessenger:
the full version of MobiMessenger can be downloaded
from our website. Full functionality of the product requires
that you have SMS Credits in your account. To test the functionality
and SMS coverage of MobiMessenger,
you will need to purchase a MobiRecharge Pack. The MobiMessenger
Starter Pack includes 100 SMS Credits for the introductory
price of US$9.95. This includes an unrestricted license to
use MobiMessenger in either a personal, business or corporate
environment. Included in this pack is the eBook MobiLingo
- a Lexicon of SMS Usage. Additional credits are available
by purchasing a MobiRecharge
Pack. On confirmation of your payment you will be sent
a voucher number to 'activate' your credits.

How
to activate MobiSMS for Outlook: if you download MobiSMS
for Outlook from our site and do not have an existing account,
you will be automatically registered on our authentication
server and allocated 3 SMS credits. This will enable you to
test the product and explore the many features of MobiSMS.
To continue using MobiSMS, you need to purchase a software
license. We recommend the MobiSMS
Starter Pack. This includes a personal license and 100
SMS credits.
Your SMS Credit Account:
by purchasing a MobiRecharge
Pack you can increase the available credits in your account.
There is no limitation on obtaining multiple SMS Credit accounts
or in the number of credits held in your account. Each account
requires a different sign-on and password. Credits can be
transferred between accounts.
MobiRecharge
Packs: these have been designed as a convenient way to
'recharge' the SMS credits in your account. The variation
between each pack is the number of SMS credits and the price
of each credit. The more credits you purchase the lower the
price. On acceptance of your payment, we will issue you with
a voucher number. Entering this number into MobiMessenger
will 'recharge' the SMS credits in your account. Because of
the high instances of credit card fraud on the Internet, payment
clearance can take up to 48 hours. Purchase of SMS credits
are not refundable, however credits can be transferred between
accounts. Each credit is the equivalent of a single SMS message.
