To uninstall MobiSMS, not that you should ever want to of course, go to the Control Panel and run Add/Remove Programs. Select 'MobiSMS' as shown in the picture and then click the Change/Remove button.

This will run the Uninstaller, which will prompt you for confirmation.

Once uninstallation has completed the MobiSMS entry in the Change/Remove list will be removed. You can at anytime reinstall the application.
