| To use
MobiMessenger, click the bright orange icon in your
system tray. If you are using a Windows operating system earlier
than Windows XP, this icon may appear as yellow.
If you haven't logged on to your account, MobiMessenger
will prompt you to enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
If you have forgotten your PASSWORD, send an email to support@mobimarketing.com
stating your LASTNAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and INTERNATIONAL MOBILE
NUMBER. We will send you an SMS with your new password, together
with a confirming email.
If you are experiencing difficulty sending an SMS message,
please check:
that you have a credit balance in your account. Purchase
a MobiRecharge Pack and you will receive by email an activation
voucher number to instantly update your balance.
that you have entered your DEFAULT COUNTRY PREFIX on the OPTIONS
screen. This tells MobiMessenger your country of origin. If
you are sending an SMS beyond your country borders, you will
need to enter the full international dial number. For more
information, view our OPTIONS
page.
that your Internet firewall is not preventing access to our
authentication server. Access through the firewall may be
achieved by two different methods:
(a) right-click on the MobiMessenger icon in your
system tray. Select the option to configure your PROXY SETTINGS.
Enter the proxy details that have already been configured
for your Internet Browser.
(b) configure your Internet firewall to allow access to the
following Internet address: 196.7.150.220 Port 80
